Getting a grinding noise from the rear of my 90 Civic sedan and its that kind of sound that is like a wheel bearing going bad. Does anyone know of a how-to to remove and replace?
Thanks guys.

Re: 90 Civic Sedan Rear Wheel Bearing Replacement???
They aren't too bad if you have some basic mechanic'ness in you. Pull tire and pull the brake drum cover. You'll need to pop the center cap off - just us a screw driver and a hammer. You'll need to remove the 32mm nut then the hub should pull right off (might take some force). Then you just have to press the bearing out and press the new one in and reassemble. I think that's everything, might be some small things in there, but that's the jist of it.

Re: 90 Civic Sedan Rear Wheel Bearing Replacement???
Thanks for the info.
It wasn't too bad. Didn't have a 32mm socket but an inch and a quarter was almost exactly the same size. Hub came right out but the rear race stuck. Little to no effort to get it off. I just bought a whole new hub made by National at Advance for like $73. Adjusting the rear brakes proved to be twice as difficult as replacing the hub. What a screwy place to put the adjustment wheel! Anyway thanks again.
