New job...sort of.

Follow this story. By the way, i work at a honda Service Center.

Two months ago
We get a new service manager at work. Well after a week, he comes up to me and the other young service tech and tells us he wants to talk with us in his office. So we go and sit down and he tells us he wants to start doing aftermarket shit for Hondas, like intake, headers... and he wanted us to make of list of stuff to do and what companies we recommand..cool

Two weeks ago
I doing a timing belt on a civic when the service manger walks up to me and says "adam, this is Teddy" well and. Well Teddy asks me how much about mobile elcetronics and everybody in the shop starts busting of laughing bragging more about my work then i can. He tells me that the Holler/Classic Coperation is starting to install dvds and flip down lcd screens in cars and wanted to now if i would be willing to do them for $5- bucks a pop. Sure, the installs take about three hours and i can do upto four a day no problem.

Sorry for such a long story but i thought this kicked ass. Hired to be a tech and now they have me doing install shit and fixing other techs screwup on installs.

sounds cool. reminds me of the time we (i work at an acura dealership) outfitted an NSX with everything comptech offers for the car. something like 39,000 in parts alone added to the car. pimp tight shit, and we sold it for like 115,000 including TTL cause it sat in the showroom for too long. that guy stole that car, considering they are 90k brand new, before TTL.
