Subaru Impreza WRX STI 2003 --> 2005 Group N4, My rally Car

Hi Friends,

I am collecting 1/18 Rally cars for many years and time to time modify my own Group N rally cars as well.
My latest project is my own Rally car which we competed in IRC China in 2008. we succeed to finish 12th overall in this rally.
So, I decided to replicate my own rally car. and started searching for Subaru Impreza 2003 for this project. in the beginning of 2009, after 3 months of searchs I found it in Australia. but till then couldnt have chance to start to convert it to my 2005 Impreza.
herebelow, I would like to share the photos with you. be noted that the project still not finished. and look forward to your suggestions..

the original rally car;
SUBARU IMPREZA 2005, STI Spec, C
Group N 4 Rally car prepared by Subaru Rally Team China

the original 1/18 scale 2003 Impreza by Auto art (78661)

and here comes the project photos;

Interior

Interior with cage

body with cage and new rear wing

new rear wing

new exhaust

suspension

at service

now, need your suggestions for the tire and the wheel choices.
I couldnt find the exact matching wheels so have to use one of below.

gravel tires with original wheels

gravel tires with 06 impreza wheels

tarmac tires with original wheels (will change tires with slicks)

tarmac tires with 06 impreza wheels (will change tires with slicks)

and the most important is that the Branding is missing. and frankly to say never had experience on preparing and printing decals. therefore, your suggestions or help may be highly appreciated.

hope you guys like my latest Group N Project. I will try to continue with some other new Group N Rally Car projects in the future.

regards;
Omer Yetis

Cool project for once, and not just a photoshoot.

Build is coming out nice. But i believe there are no decals, so youll have to print your own or pay a lot of money for someone to do them. If they take up the job.

Re: Subaru Impreza WRX STI 2003 --> 2005 Group N4, My rally Car

It's been long I didnt post any updates since I was not so happy with the tire & wheel choices I have in hand.
2 weeks ago, I was checking my collection and figure out that 206 WRC wheels are similar to my original rally car wheels. so I decided to get another 206 WRC to use wheels and tires. but since it was an old model it took a while to get it.
finally it came over 2 days ago;

and first trials on subaru;

had to change the colors to match the original wheels,

and finally this is how it turned out

hope you guys like the wheels & my project.

now, the only missing parts are the red color mud flaps and the branding. It seems like it will take some time to figure out ways to do the branding & decals.
thanks for following up my post.
