2003 ford ranger 4.0 4WD

Hi everyone i have a 2003 ranger that has a rubbing/ grinding noise when you turn to the left. When i visually inspected the knuckle and suspension, nothing jumped out as being wrong. Where else should I be looking

My guess would be a right front wheel bearing unit.

are the wheel bearings on this truck pressed in ones are they a whole assembly

They're an assembly, $150-$200 each.
