2000 Jeep Cherokee Headlights Blinking

I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee where the headlights intermittently blink on and off with the ignition switch off. I can be sitting in the den in the evening and notice the lights blinking on the car. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Any aftermarket alarms or keyless entry items installed? If not then I would look at your headlamp switch first, are you blowing any fuses?

No aftermarket devices installed. All original equipment and no blown fuses.
