My 97 Lumina window and spoiler lights and all other lights are working but not my main brake lights. My cruise control isn't working either. Can anyone help me please.

Re: 97 lumina brake lights
Sounds like tere may be an issue with the turn signal switch. Since the same bulb is used for brake and turn the turn signal switch is what tells the bulb what do do. If it loses its continuity for the brake circuit than you have no brake lights.
The third/center/cyclops brake light bypasses the turn signal switch and is fed directly from the brake switch. If that one is working than its fair to assume that the switch is working and there is power into the brake switch and power being supplied to the turn signal switch. Sometimes you can wiggle the turn signal lever or turn on and off the four way flasher and get the turn signals to work. Which makes it a lot easier to identify the switch as the problem. The cruise may or may not be related.

Re: 97 lumina brake lights
Check the vacuum line from the cruise to the brake pedal for leaks. Also check fuse panel for cruise fuse (some cars have them).

Re: 97 lumina brake lights
If you pull back slightly on the turn signal lever when you tap the brake they will work. If that is the case then it is your turn signal switch. Not as hard to replace then you may think. Follow this guide: http://tss.likeabigdog.com/
