4L60-e transmission for a 95 blazer

I need to replace the transmission on my girlfriends 95 4x4 blazer, can I use the transmission from any 4x4 vehicle that uses a 4L60-e or are there different models of the transmission for different cars?

im thinking that you can, call a junkyard and ask them, they seem to usually know what will work in what, (unless you get that douchebag guy on the phone that every JY has thats too lazy to help)

are you replacing the t-fer case too?

1995 has the flare nut fittings for the transmission lines.Starting in 1996,GM went to Jiffy Tite fittings which remove much easier with the special release tool and do not leak.1995 is by itself .
