1997 dodge neon ecu problem

i have a 1997 dodge neon it fried the ecu yesterday and i bought a new one today and as soon as i plugged it in it popped this one as soon as the connector on the right was connected i assume its a wiring issue but what is your opinion on it

Missing a ground somewhere or it is shorting out. Check the wiring underneath the battery tray.
