Engine miss(stutter) in passing gear

I have a 90 c1500 5.7 and have noticed that when I hit the gas going down the road to open up the passing gear the truck feels like it stutters and doesn't feel like it really gains much speed. Anybody got any ideas. The plugs,wires,fuel filter,fuel pump,ignition control module,o2 sensor have all been replaced. Maybe a somewhat clogged catalytic converter? Truck runs fine the rest of the time.
