Swapping 1226870 for a 1227165

I started to repin the harness in my 85 IROC and noticed that a few of the wires were not the same in my harness as they were on the site that I was using for the swap (I'm sure you know what one it is already). Anyway, I found what appears to be a correct diagram for my car now and I had a couple questions about the swap if someone would be so kind as to help me.

1: Are all the 1227165 ECM's the same as far as what pin performs what function (are all the pinouts the same on them)? If so does anyone have a place I could find an accurate one online?

2: Do you splice both light blue wires for injectors 1,3,5,7 and both greens for injectors 2,4,6,8? If not what is the correct way?
