blazer jolting and trouble starting!!

i have a 97 blazer that i recently bought and am running into a few problems. i have trouble starting it but only on occassion. will turn over but take a few times to start. but most the time will start right up no problems. and occassionally it will jolt while im driving and the instrument panel will kind of reset itself. will jolt and the instrument panel lights will flash like they do when i start it but it wont stall. im wondering if the starting issue and this could be connected and what could be causing these problems? any info would be greatly appreciated

What mileage and when was last known good tune up?
The 97 year had a lot of problems with ign switch.
Check switch real close.
Also check fuel pressure for up to par.
Low fuel pressure can give a hard start cold.

im not sure of last tune up because i recently purchased it. but it has 62,000 miles on it

Check fuel pressure and tune up and ign switch.\
