Exclamation 2006 dodge 2500 ignition problem

My 2006 Dodge has a problem where when it is hot out and the key is turned off the engine stops but the radio, wipers, and the anoying beeper that usually tells you your head lights have been left on and the av/heat fan stay on. Other things are the keyless entry buttons on the key wont lock or unlock the doors, the door lock button on the door wont work, the interior lights act funny going off quickly after the door is open then when the door is shut they come back on and go off fast again. I used to be able to hit the port the key goes and it would go back to normal but now that wont work. When it is stuck like this it kills the battery in a day or so. I run the AC on max for a half hour to cool the interior down so the key turns everything off, but sometimes when the interior heats back p on a hot day the problem comes back.
