Cluth master cylinder clicking

Hi I have a 01 2.5 5speed 4x2.

The problem I have is that I hear a clicking noise coming from the clutch master cylinder. The master cylinder has recently replaced so I dont know what could be the problem.

Check the linkage below the dash something might be rubbing or binding under there.
