will 2000 galant v-6 fit my 2003 eclipse gts
Sucked up water in cold air intake, locked motor up.they want 4000 to fix.thinking of replacing and getting rid of.2000 galant is v-6 auto,.mine is 2003 eclipse,v-6,man.trans.thanks for looking.

Yes it is nearly the same engine. Only differences are the intake manifold (use the eclipse) and the compression ratio (not important). The best of luck to you.
