Summer is still here and it's hot in the car.

I do not have a functioning AC now, and I wonder if you can get cold air out of the dashboard, or do I need to adjust something?

If it's 19 degrees outside the air that is coming out of the dashboard a 10 degrees warmer.

When I start with a cold car the air is cold like outside, and it continues to be cold, if I stop for about 5 minutes, then when I go again i can´t get cold air anymore

Same problem here when I'm not using the AC.

Does anybody have a clue why is this happening?
