The net tie down will wrap around the lower support bar that holds the dash in place. This way you can remove the dash very easy.

As Jim said, Saftey Solutions has been the standard for a long time.
Schroth now has one out as well that is a couple bucks less than the Saftey Solutons verison and, if it is typcial Schroth quality, ought to be a good piece.
