1993 Tercel Engine Swap

I have a 93 Tercel...I bought a 92 Paseo 5E engine.....any suggestions or advise before I stick her in would be appreciatted...Will the exhaust manifold off the 3E work on the 5E??? Any other suggestions on the wiring?? Thanks
