2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck will not shut off.

OK...Went to a fire call at my fire department. Came back after 2 hours and found my truck running. The parking lights were on, ABS Light on, Emergency Brake Ligth on......No key in ignition and was turned to the off position. Tried to syep on the brake pedal but still ran and did not shut off. Put key back in and turned to run position. Turned back off and engine still ran. Then the parking lights came on, ABS and Emergency Brake lights too.....Had t o open hood and disconnect the battery to shut off. HELP?????

Sounds like the forward control module or IPM> You might pull it off and see if the pins are corroded.
