Instrument cluster 2004 Tahoe

Does anybody know what goes out on the instrument cluster. And if so can it be fixed. I know there is a recall but I have to many miles. Mine has the speedometer and oil pressure gauge pegged.

The instrument cluster can be removed, but first you must disable the airbag system.

Remove the cluster bezel.

Lower the steering column as low as it will go.

Remove four retaining screws (at each corner) .

Pull the cluster forward enough to disengage the single, large electrical connector at the back, then pull the cluster out, tilting the bottom out first.

My problem is not knowing if the individual gauges can be replaced or if the complete cluster has to be replaced.

You can have the dealer send the cluster in to get fixed and it also has to be programed with the Tech 2 when it is done
