Drivers side window ??

Just purchased a 2000 LS only 51,000 miles,very clean, looks great. My drivers side window was slowing down about a day B4 it just got stuck in the down position. I hear a lot of grinding going on in the door. Motor runs window jammed somehow??

It's quite common for the window regulators to fail. You can search the forum for details.

Ohhh well $388.00 later the problem appears to be fixed. The service manager says I have the new generation D/S window regulator, 3rd version since 2000. I hope they figured it out.
