Ash Tray Cover won't stay shut
Just came across this valuable site, read all the threads/posts! Got a '02 X with just over 30K miles, LOVE the car. Although we're non-smokers and hardly ever open the ash tray cover, it now will not stay shut, and as you know it has a push to open, push to close latch. Close examination does not reveal an easy fix and I prefer not to disassembe the whole console. This is not a big deal, but one of those things that can irritate.
 Anyone have info on a fix - other than a run to dealer service?
