Possible bad PCM?
ok so my neon 1999 sohc auto 125,000 miles starts weird.
when I start it cold (usual only does it when cold) I can crank it for as long as I want but it wont start. let off and try again and it starts up without a single problem. I can do the same thing but instead of cranking a lot if i just turn the key long enough for the starter to turn the engine just a little let off and crank again it starts right up. Bad PCM? There are no codes showing up. also my temp guage never goes higher than the bottom of the white line but the fans kick on in city traffic or after a long idle.
