Cost to install 2001 Cavalier engine?

I have a wrecked 2001 Cavalier with a good drive train. I recently bought another 2001 Cavalier with a bad engine. Both cars have the 2.2 engine and are automatics. I was wondering if anyone had any estimates on the cost of installing the good engine into the good car?
1. I need an estimate for a shop to do everything?
2. I need an estimate for a shop to install the engine only. Meaning I pull the bad engine, and take the shop a good roller car and engine for them to install?
3. Would it be cheaper to use the Transmission out of the wrecked car as well, so that it does not have to be separated from the engine?
