Question gli'98 smoke after

anyone can help, what is problem on my car toyota gli'98 i can see smoky muffler after a long drive 50km, when i start to slow down at toll gate and run again i see a bluest smoke and i feel my car i slow to accelerate.

Its probably a gasket problem or rings.

Increase in blue smoke on deceleration is a sign that oil is getting sucked by the valve stem seals.

Yeah if you do a cylinder leakage test you would know if its leaking out of intake valve or outake valve ( valves are not seating right).

A leak down test can show if oil can get by the piston rings (hissing through the crankcase vent), but won't show if oil is getting by the valve stem seals due to burned valves as you suggest. You are confused with having a lack of compression in a cylinder. Please be mindful of the symptoms the originator has described.

However, if you are addressing the lack of acceleration then a compression and leak-down test would be in order.

Blue smoke while accelerating: worn rings
Blue smoke while decelerating: worn valve seals (or guides)
