!!!!!!1997 c1500 5.7L making weird noise!!!!!

I recently installed a cold air intake and now I have a strange sound coming from the passenger side. I can hear it when i accelerate but only when its in drive. When i accelerate and then let go of the accelerator it sounds like air is leaking really loud like "Tssssssssss". I'm not sure if it is the air intake, but I was thinkin it was something else. Also it seems like its not runnin smooth like a rotor is rubbin or somethin on that passenger side. I checked the cold air intake and all looks good with that, so thats why I dont think it is that, but it may be???? Could it be brakes?? It sounds like air leaking from somewhere. But it doesnt happen in park when revin it up. Any suggestions???

It's the intake. I have a 98 with a K&N cold air setup. It does the same thing. Your hearing all the air it's pulling in.

if push comes to shove, put the old intake back on and drive it around and if the noise no longer happens, then common sense tells you the source of the noise
