Re: PCM 1 fuse

Any sensor or wire with a dead short can blow PCM fuses or trip breakers. A bad PCM could to.

Re: PCM 1 fuse

I found it The wire harness that goes to the left side oxygen sensor fell out of its hold down and into the drive shaft severing two wires in half. now to find a harness I don't think it is a good Idea to try to mind thanks agian for the help.

if the wire in the vehicle harness is broken splice a new wire to replace...use solder and heat shrink insulation...

the O2 sensor wires attached to the o2 sensor are not to be repaired..though..

What engine?

Best to get a wiring diagram for you engine and VCM and check all circuits that are on that fuse.
How often does it blow fuse?
Check all wiring real close and run a amp draw on fuel pump and other circuits on that fuse.
Some times you have to unplug one circuit at a time to find which one.
Let us know how it goes.

Thumbs up Re: PCM 1 fuse

I replaced the missing section of wire with some 18 Ga., soldered and shrink tubed the sections ,replaced the wires back in the harness, taped and wire tied it back in place. The code went away, and seems to be working. Thanks again.
