222 degrees turn on, 204 turn off... or something very close to those numbers. I reprogrammed my PCM for 210 turn on/190 turn off, and I don't remember for sure what it was at stock.
Driving, mine runs at 188 in "clean air", will get up to 196 "drafting"  .
