07 Suburban LTZ Serivce Tire Monitor System

I have a 2007 Suburban LTZ and the DIC says to Service Tire Monitor System. I'm getting pressure readings on all the tires except the right rear. It seems to be an intermitant issue because sometimes i get readings off of that tire.

This is the exact same issue I have, exact same rig. They just did a tire rotation and it failed shortly after. Is there anything I can do to possibly remedy it or is it something easy to replace myself? Thanks. (sorry to hijack an old thread)

1st thing I'd do is take it back to the they's and have a chat with them to see if it can be resolved.

I've always been a Chevy guy, but when I was looking for a new truck back in '05 the Chevy's had way to many bells, whistles, messages and all the expense that goes with them along with the added price to buy all that grief.

Re: 07 Suburban LTZ Serivce Tire Monitor System

Bump to an old thread. '07 Sub with identical problem after tire repair. Can I take a code reader and reset it or do a Nintendo-style up-down-start-left-right-left tap my head 4 times while looking at Brooke Burke naked reset? I can get a new xmitter off eBay but I could really give a sh1t. I just want the dang message to go away.

I'm all for the Brooke Burke naked reset, but you'll still need to replace the problem transmitter and relearn it.
