2003 chevy malibu
2003 chevy mailbu,horn doesn't work,fuses and relay ok, have mechanic, need to know how to get to horn to replace it. thanks. cb

I have found that the problem is the hub in the centre of the steering wheel. Rather than replace the whle system (tied into airbags), a mechanic can take it apart, blow out the dust and grit, and reassemble it.
