inner cv joint wobble normal?

I am getting a little bit of wobble coming from a newly installed passenger-side CV axle. Grabbing the large inner CV joint housing, I am able to push it up and down; I am not talking about a lateral movement. In contrast, I am not getting the same play on the smaller driver-side inner joint.

The CV axle in question is new; made in China from Autozone. I replaced the axle since the old one had 140k . Since I had to replace the wheel bearing, and since I was in the same area, I decided to replace the CV axle as a preventive maintenance. The van has been driven at least 200 miles and no noise is coming from the axle.

I was sure I hammered and shoved the CV axle fully during installation, but with this wobble, I am no longer sure. Another thing I am thinking about is the splines may not be to spec is why I am getting the wobble. I am not able to shove the axle from underneath the car due to lack of leverage. I do not want to take the steering knuckle apart to redo the installation only to find out this little wobble is normal.

Next time someone is underneath his or her car, could you please do me a big favor and see if the wobble I am talking about is normal or not?
