2000 cont dash cluster help!!!!

hello, after changing the dash cluster in my 2000 lincoln continental the car will not start/run, it does crank over and all dash lights up properly,
there was no problem before the cluster change. the doner cluster is out of a 2002 continental. thanks for any help

well, can only asume the cluster is vin encripted and only a dealer can correct, but i'm still open for suggestions - anyone. Thanks, Mike
