Can anyone tell me how to remove my climate control from the dash on a 94 325is bmw

You will need a manual. Way too many things to do to change it out. Go to Bavarian Auto Sports & order the best one they have. I have the silver colored covered one. Was like $70+ or something like that. You will NEED it.

The aforementioned silver manual from bavauto is the Bentley repair manual. A very helpful book but requires a bit of reading so get ready to really learn your car. I've found things in here I've always misunderstood about cars in general, and never cease to be amazed at the German engineering prowess. Bentley does a good job of walking you thru each step but you will be crossreferencing a lot of procedures in other chapters as they apply.
