Timing Chain/Belt
Honestly don't really know exactly what I have in my engine (2.7 liter 4 cyl. 1998) either a belt or a chain with 102,000 miles. What's the replacement interval here? Also - tolerance or interference engine? Thanks in advance everyone.

2.7 is a chain. Replace it if it starts making noise. With regular oil change intervals it will be about never. Occasional you'll see one with over 300k making a little noise.
