98 S-10 2.2 no start

Ok I have a 1998 S-10 with a 2.2 manual trans. I just rebuilt the engine in it. Everything was running ok before I took it apart. Just had some blowby. So I rebuilt it. Now I have it in the truck and it will not fire. I have spark. It has 120 psi in all cylinders. And it has fuel. I can smell a little fuel on the plugs when I take them out. I also here the fuel pump come on when I first turn on the key. What else can it be?

If you have spark, compression, and fuel then the only thing left is timing. Did you install new timing gears or remove them and then not get them lined up?

You also need air check for a plugged filter or plug in the intake system. But the previous post is more probable.
