99 SL shifts but won't go?

Hi, I have a 99 SL 5 speed that shifts and runs fine, but when the clutch is let out..it won't go. The clutch does seem to push differently than it used to. Suggestions?
Oh yeah, it has 130,000 miles and has peformed fine in the past.

If i read your post correctly your eng running you push clutch and shift into gear but when you let off clutch nothing moves. If thats correct either fork broke or system burned clutch etc or trans, driveaxles. If while running you cant put in gear with out grinding then possible hyd system needs checking cause you cant disingauge clutch.

Either your clutch hydraulics went or your differential pin let go.

Inspect the travel of the fork using a small wire through the inspection port next to the slave cylinder

Check the tranny for the proper fluid level.

Hey there, would you give a bit more detail on how to check these items?

I ask in that I'm having a similar issue with my 96 SL2 - starts/runs/shifts okay, but clutch pedal is having no effect. Clutch only has about 35K miles so I can't believe it could have worn out yet...thanks!
