1995 GEO Metro 3 Cylinder Cooling System part question.
Can anyone tell me what the name of the metal pipe is that attaches to the bottom hose of the radiator, has two hoses running from it to the heater core and finishes off plugging into the side of the engine to the inside of the water pump? Mine is loosing coolant and I want another one!
Thanks, |

Re: 1995 GEO Metro 3 Cylinder Cooling System part question.
That sounds like the suction tube for your water pump. It has an o-ring where it goes into the engine. Replace the o-ring. Leak will go away.

This one got a hole rubbed in the middle of the tube, not sure if there was a mount or a bracket there or not but if there was it is broken off. Thanks for the info on the part's name!
