1995 buick runs hot

i live in az. my 1995 3.1 l buick century runs hotter than i like when idling or pulling steep grades. new water pump and thermostat. no coolant leaks . on head gasket or intake leaks. system has been bled of all air. both fans work. any suggestions would be great . thinking about adding auxilary radiator to car. would auxilary radiator or bigger cfm fans be better.
