98 Z-71 Problem - Please Help!

My '98 Z-71's ABS light comes on, the speedometer quits working, and the truck will not shift out of 1st gear, and will not go any faster than about 15 MPH. Need help!

Sounds like a speed sensor issue, on a 4x4 it should be on the rear of the transfer case, check wiring and connectors for corrosion or damage
