Evaporative System Not Ready

2001 Pontiac Grand Prix SE 3.1

Had the catalytic converter replaced a couple of weeks ago. They cleared the P0420 code. Checked it with my scanner on the way home and the majority of the emissions systems weren't ready. By 50 miles all but the evap system was working. It's been at least 4 tanks of gas since and probably 1500 miles including several very long sustained 75-80mph trips.

What can I do to get the evap system to run it's test? I'm not getting any codes right now.

Re: Evaporative System Not Ready

No IM ready status and no active or history DTCs? It looks like better diagnostics is required but a GM Tech II scan tool is need to check pressure and vacuum along with the purge and vent solenoids.
