clutch question

Whats the difference between a stage 1 clutch and a stage 5?

I agree. Get real.. if you need a clutch for a specific application, call the company (ie centerforce) and ask for their opinion.

But to answer your question, if you go by "levels" then level 1 will be streetable and level 5 will be all out race. This is a difference in HP levels, streetability, pedal feel, pedal weight etc. depending on the applications.

Level 1 might be easy to slip whereas level 5 will be very touchy, either ON or OFF.

Re: clutch question

I was looking for a new clutch cause mine went out AGAIN on my 91 corolla. Rather than go back to autozone I thought I would try a different company. I don't care for preformance I just wanted something a little more durable cause the clutch that went out is shattered, like something smashed it.
