99 2dr 4x4 Electrical/trans issue

Along with the same stumbling problem at highway speed many of you seem to be having , which I have been waiting for someone to write UREEKA and come up with a possible cure, I have started having hard miss while idling a light ect. while my A/C is on. I have had a number of trucks that do rev or bump with the a/c on but this has become more severe, the truck has had all tune ups and filters changed as well as new alt. 5K back .
Any help would be appreciated

You are sure it is a misfire and not a super low idle?

That's a good point, it could be a little low, i'll boost it up a little and post back.
