NEED AC HELP (Az is hell 108 degrees)

So the other day after I finally installed my Thrasher MPS and took it for a test drive I noticed that the ac was not coming out of the front vents. The ac is on high and its cold enough for the age of the car (1997 GTP 155K), but its coming out of the front and back vents as if on a front windshield defroster. AZ is 108 degrees right now and getting worse. I heard it might be an actuator but I don't have much experience with ac units. PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE GUYS!

Re: NEED AC HELP (Az is hell 108 degrees)

There is a hard plastic vacuum line that feeds vacuum to the HVAC unit to control mode switching (heat to vent to defrost, etc...) It runs from the intake plenum, along the fender well near the battery, then back into the passenger compartment. Either this vacuum line was disconnected while work was being done or it's cracked. Most likely it's just disconnected, find the line and inspect re-connect and you'll be good to go.
