need help 95 t tercel engine swap

i want to swap my 1.5 toyota tercel engine 1995 5e-fe doble overhead cam inline4 93-hp 100-tq 3 speed. i hear that a 1990 to 1993 toyota celica engine fit turbo 223 hp or close but i will like to know if it is posible. im willing to pay for step by step but dont get me wrong im not rich im just a person who work and sweat my ass. and i just have like 1500 to make my dream come true a turbo tercel but im just a tercel lover all my friends with civics and accords i like them but the tercels can be fast really fast and i want it to happen so im wiiling to pay just somebody tell me what part do i need not installation instruction. i can get a good deal on almost any jdm engine but i need just to know which one and what parts do i need extra please help
