2002 Galant wont start.......
I have a 2002 Galant and it wont start, it turns over and all lites work but it makes a sound like it wants to start but don't. The battery has been replaced, the radiator was replaced, fuel pump, battery cables, & starter were all replaced and we can't figure out what is wrong with it. We checked belts and they look good except the crankshift belt was not lined up and we fixed that. My son drove the car to my house 5 hours away from his moms and parked it and it hasnt started since. Any suggestions would help...thanks!

It could be the crank sensor. Have you checked the timing belt? Take off the oil cap and look in there with a flashlight while someone cranks it over, if you see any of the rockers moving the belt is at least not broken. If the belt is broken there is a good possibility that there are a few bent valves.
