91 coralla power window problems
None of the power windows work ar all now, passenger front window down. I do not have any power at the black wires at the master switch. Acutally the only power I have at this time is the power door locks. Is there a relay somewhere I am missing??
Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks |

Quote:
You MAY have a bad switch. If the fuse is good, use a continuity tester and check for power in the wiring that goes through the protective sleeve between the door and the door post. Wiring here tends to get brittle with age and the constant door opening/closing breaks the wires. (inside the insulation)

Re: 91 coralla power window problems
I'll second the wiring harness. Sometimes you can get intermittent contact to verify breakage by pinching and rolling the rubber sleeve in between your fingers while working the switch. Try different door positions too while doing this.
