Eird oil leak

i have oil leak that i can't figure out:

black marker does not work well, but you can see where oil collects eventually. also, it's deeper into the corner, where they came up with a flange for camshaft sprocket.
so, gasket is brand new, maybe 500 miles on it. all bolts are TIGHT.
i clean it once a week, it comes back.
say, remove the cover and re-seal with red slicone?

The only places you are supposed to use silicone is in the corners where it archs.

Check your Oil cap, they have a bad tendency to leak
