94 Continental no fuel

I have a 1994 Continental that won't start due to no fuel delivery. Before I go to the trouble of dropping the tank to check the pump, can someone tell me where the fuel pump relay is & also, where is the fuel pump test connector & how can I test the pump?(power it up)
I have tried to bang on the tank with the key on & it didn't help. I cannot hear the pump run with the key on.
The car will start briefly when I spray starter fluid in.
