Question 98 mustang gt will not start after negative battery terminal went bad

well i was driving fine and then the car shut off completely.
i had no power so I knew it was the battery.

my negative battery terminal was corroded. I replaced it now the car still does not start.
I checked the fuel and I have fuel pressure and the pump primes the fuel lines every key on.

I checked the spark and wow, I got shocked good cuz I was holding the coil and my tester lighted up.

someone said maybe my injectors are not injecting. some sort of eec or injector relay has to be checked but how do I do this?

Look at the electrical power center it has a black cover remove the cover. The relays are marked hold your finger on one at a time have somebody crank the motor. You can feel them click. Look for a blown fuse while your in the box.

Use one of these to check for power to the injectors.

Have you scanned the car for codes? That is alway the first thing I do.

Does the car turn over at all, and did you replace the entire cable back to the engine?

No I did not change the entire cable back to the motor.

The car starter does turn the motor quickly yes.
I have spark, I have fuel pressure, and the injectors work.
