1995 chevy S10 2.2 engine

I have changed everything electrical to try and get it to Run even took the fuse out, beccause it just keep dumping fuel in the cylinder's all four, even with the fuse out fuel keep going into the cylinder's. change out the spark plugs coil pack computer, and now I'm at a lost. how can I tell if the timing, that's bad. it's fuel injector 2.2 engine. The timing wouldn't be bad unless it has been taken apart. Pull a plug out, put wire back on it and ground the side of the plug to something on the engine, have someone try to start it with all fuses back in place and see if you get a spark.
