Re: 1/43 Lancer Evo 4 Monte Carlo 97

Very nice model, even if I find the panels lines a bit too heavy for a 1/43 scale model (especially those around the hood, moreover covered by the decals ?? but it's only a detail ), racing43 models are great and you did it justice !

Do you have other 1/43 rally cars from racing43 ? I can only recommend you the escort or the 037, S4 and 205 T16 for example.
I have dozens of those beauties to build. I tried to replace my old provence moulage and such starter kits by racing43 ones when existing.

Re: 1/43 Lancer Evo 4 Monte Carlo 97

Thanks for the comment guys!

Yes the panel lines are really heavy, I really should have used gray instead of black

I do have a few others from racing43: audi quattro, fulvia, escort, fiat 131 and probably a couple more I'm forgetting.

My 037 is from 2MC and the S4 I have is from provence.

I've been trying to finish up my in progress kits so expect to see the 037 soon as well as the group a impreza I have.

Beside the Gr. B in general, the Quattro Gr. 4 or A1/A2 and Impreza Gr. A are the racing43 I'm particularely looking for at the moment to replace Provence Moulage kits, as my main 1/43 collection is now about Vatanen, Mouton and McRae's cars.
(and Deutschland cars because I've seen them running)

One of my expectations about racing43 is to make opening doors on all Gr. B (205 t16, S4, 037 and Quattro A2) so I ordered spare bodies to take the doors out and remold them.
I firstly start that with the 037 but as all my builds for the moment it's delayed... to later...

So I'll be pleased to see your 037, as it's for me one of the best if not the best Racing43 model ever.
